These pages set out our Equality Schemes and other policies which we view as dynamic documents, subject to constant improvement and review. We welcome views and comments from individuals and representative organisations.  

Following the changes made by the Government of Wales Act 2006, we are currently reviewing our Race and Disability Equality Schemes and Action Plans and are in the process of finalising our Gender Equality Scheme and Action Plan. When available, the Schemes and Action Plans will be published here bilingually, in both Welsh and English.

The Assembly Commission is working towards a Single Equality Scheme and Action Plan for publication in 2008. More news on this project will be available on these pages in due course.
