1. Minutes of Last Meeting (CPA AGM-2007– 1)

The minutes were accepted as a correct record.

2.  Matters Arising

There were no matters arising.

3.  Report by NAW Branch Chair, Alun Cairns (CPA-AGM-2007-2)

The report was endorsed by the Members present.

5.  Urgent Business

There was no urgent business.

6.  Elections to the Branch Executive

Mike German, Jeff Cuthbert, Janet Ryder and Alun Cairns were elected as the four Members of the Branch Executive Committee.

Janet Ryder was elected to serve as Chair of the Branch Executive Committee.

Claire Clancy was elected to serve as Secretary to the Branch.
