Planning Decision Committee (May 1999 - April 2003)

Welcome to the Planning Decision Committee

The Planning Decision Committee decides:

  1. Appeals under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (in those cases where the Assembly has recovered jurisdiction to determine the appeal from the appointed Inspector);
  2. Applications for planning permission whcih have been called in by the Assembly for decision under Sections 77 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990;
  3. Applications to confirm an Order made under the Transport and Works Act 1992.
