Public Audit (Wales) Bill Committee 2004

The Committee ceased to exist on 27 February 2004.

The role and remit of the Committee was to:

  • Consider the Public Audit (Wales) Bill as introduced to Parliament on 27 November 2003;
  • Consider the Minister for Finance, Local Government and Public Services’ letter of 1 December reporting the UK Government’s response to the Public Audit (Wales) Bill Committee’s recommendations on the Public Audit (Wales) Bill;
  • Report to the Assembly by 6 February on its conclusions.
