Proposed Domiciliary Care LCO Committee

The Committee was established on 5 December 2007 to consider and report on the proposed 'National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) Order (No.4) 2008 ’ relating to charging for non-residential social care.

The Committee shall cease to exist once the related draft Order has been introduced under Standing Order 22.31.
