Publication of Committee's Stage 1 report

On 24 January 2008, the Committee published its Stage 1 report on the proposed NHS Redress (Wales) Measure 2007.

Public Consultation - Proposed NHS Redress (Wales) Measure Committee

The Committee issued a call for evidence seeking views from all interested parties on the proposals contained in the Proposed NHS Redress (Wales) Measure.
