Public Consultation

The Committee issued a call for evidence seeking views from all interested parties on the proposals contained in the proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) Order 2007. The call for evidence has now closed and the responses received can be accessed at: consultation responses received.

Proposed LCO Committee

The Proposed Additional Learning Needs LCO Committee was established on 4 July 2007 to consider and report on the proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) Order 2007. The Committee shall cease to exist once the related draft Order has been introduced, under Standing Order 22.31.
