The Committee issued a call for evidence seeking views from all interested parties on the proposals contained in the proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (No.5) Order 2008. Proposed LCO Committee

The Proposed Affordable Housing LCO Committee was established on 12 December 2007 to consider and report on the proposed National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (No.5) Order 2008. The Committee shall cease to exist once the related draft Order has been introduced, under Standing Order 22.31.
