Public Consultation

The Committee has issued a call for evidence seeking views from all interested parties on the proposals contained in the proposed The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (No 6) Order 2008 (Relating to Provision of Mental Health Services). The consultation will end on 25 April 2008 and responses should be received by that date. It may not be possible to take into account responses received after this date.

Proposed Provision of Mental Health Services LCO Committee

The Committee was established on 26 February 2008 to consider and report on the proposed ‘National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (No 6) Order 2008 (Relating to Provision of Mental Health Services)’.

The Committee shall cease to exist once the related draft Order has been introduced under Standing Order 22.31.
