About the proposed Measure
A Measure of the National Assembly for Wales to make provision about the travel of persons receiving primary, secondary or further education or training to and from schools or other places where they receive it; and for connected purposes.
Current Stage
The Measure was passed by the Assembly at Stage 4 on 30 September 2008. An explanation of the various stages of Measures can be found in the Guide to Assembly Measures.

Stage 3
Detailed consideration in Plenary of the Measure and any selected amendments:
Stage 3 consideration will take place in plenary on 30 September 2008 to consider amendments to the proposed Measure (sections 1-25, schedule 1, section 26, schedule 2, sections 27-29). The Explanatory Memorandum has also been revised after Stage 2.
