Consideration of amendments
Following the Assembly’s agreement of the general principles of the proposed Measure, Stage 2 commenced on 30 April 2008. Amendments may now be tabled to the proposed Measure (as introduced).
The Committee will meet on 3 July 2008 to consider amendments to the proposed Measure (sections 8-29). Amendments must be tabled with the Legislation Office by 5.30 pm on 26 June 2008.
The Notices of amendments show amendments that have been tabled on a particular date. The Marshalled Lists show amendments for consideration at a particular meeting. The Groupings of amendments provide the order in which amendments will be debated at a particular meeting and any relevant procedural information.
