Consideration of amendments
Following the Assembly’s agreement of the general principles of the proposed Measure, Stage 2 commenced on 16 October 2008. The Committee met on 10 June 2009 and considered and disposed of amendments to the proposed Measure (as introduced).
The Notices of Amendments show amendments that have been tabled on a particular date. The Marshalled Lists show amendments for consideration at a particular meeting. The Groupings of amendments provide the order in which amendments will be debated at a particular meeting and any relevant procedural information.
