Stage 2 Amendments

Consideration of amendments

Following the Assembly’s agreement of the general principles of the proposed Measure, Stage 2 commenced on 16 October 2008. Amendments may now be tabled to the proposed Measure (as introduced).

The Committee will meet on 10 June 2009 to consider amendments to the proposed Measure. Amendments must be tabled with the Legislation Office by 18:00 on 3 June 2009.

The Notices of Amendments show amendments that have been tabled on a particular date. The Marshalled Lists show amendments for consideration at a particular meeting. The Groupings of amendments provide the order in which amendments will be debated at a particular meeting and any relevant procedural information.
