Consideration of amendments
Following the Assembly’s agreement of the general principles of the proposed Measure, Stage 2 commenced on 2 July 2009. The Committee met on 7 July 2010 and considered and disposed of amendments to the proposed Measure (as introduced) (PDF, 113KB).
The Notices of Amendments show amendments that have been tabled on a particular date. The Marshalled Lists show amendments for consideration at a particular meeting. The Groupings of amendments provide the order in which amendments will be debated at a particular meeting and any relevant procedural information.
