About the proposed Measure

A Measure to require that local authorities consider and report on inter alia, the environmental and social impact of the end use and final destination of the recyclable material collected by local authorities.

The Member in charge withdrew the motion to approve the general principles of the proposed Measure with the agreement of the Assembly at the end of the Stage 1 debate on 17 March 2010.
