Following the completion of Stage 2 proceedings, Stage 3 commenced on 29 January 2009. Amendments may now be tabled to the proposed Measure (as amended at Stage 2).
Stage 3 consideration will take place in plenary on 17 March 2009 to consider amendments to the proposed Measure. Amendments must be tabled with the Legislation Office by 6pm on 10 March 2009.
The deadline for tabling amendments has now passed.
The Notices of amendments show amendments that have been tabled on a particular date. The Marshalled Lists show amendments for consideration at a particular meeting. The Groupings of amendments provide the order in which amendments will be debated at a particular meeting and any relevant procedural information.
