The proposed Order would allow the National Assembly for Wales to legislate about and in connection with the provision of community health services.

Policy Objectives of the Proposed Order

The purpose of the Order is to allow the National Assembly for Wales to legislate about and in connection with the provision of community health services.  In particular, the Order would allow the National Assembly for Wales to pass a Measure to ensure the safety of community-based health workers.
