Proposed Affordable Housing LCO Committee

The Committee was established on 12 December 2007 to consider and report on the proposed 'National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) Order (No.5) 2008 ’ in relation to the disposal of dwellings and dwelling houses by social landlords (Affordable Housing)

The Committee shall cease to exist once the related draft Order has been introduced under Standing Order 22.31.
