Inquiry into the Scrutiny of Subordinate Legislation and Delegated Powers

The Committee issued a call for evidence, (PDF) which has now closed.

As a result of some of the issues raised during the evidence sessions, the Committee felt that it would be useful to consult further on these issues before discussing its recommendations.
