Consultation - Legislation Committee 3 - The National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (Transport) Order 2010 relating to learner transport and concessionary travel

Thank you for your letter of 11 December inviting the Rail Freight Group to contribute to the consultation on the proposed Order.

Having studied the papers I can confirm that neither of the two distinct areas of transport policy covered in the proposed Order are matters which affect the Rail Freight Group or our member organisations. Therefore, we have no comments to make on the proposed Order and will not be submitting evidence on this occasion.
