Following agreement by the National Assembly and both Houses of Parliament of the text of the Draft Order, the Order was made by Her Majesty in Council on 10/02/10. The Assembly is now able to make Measures (laws) under the Matters listed in the Order.

The Committee was established on 26 February 2008 to consider and report on the proposed ‘National Assembly for Wales (Legislative Competence) (No 6) Order 2008 (Relating to Provision of Mental Health Services)’.

The Committee shall cease to exist once the related draft Order has been introduced under Standing Order 22.31.
