About the Proposed Measure
The proposed Measure makes provision to put in place powers and duties to make collaboration commonplace in the education system, to improve school governance and to simply the planning of school places in Wales.
Current Stage
Following agreement by the National Assembly of the text of the proposed Measure, it received Royal Approval on 10 May 2011. The proposed Measure is now a Measure of the National Assembly (a Welsh law).
