    This factsheet aims to provide constituents and caseworkers with information on common concerns raised by people living in rented housing. The issues covered include: security of tenure; disrepair; rent and service charges; tenancy deposits; harassment; unlawful eviction and gas safety. Organisations that will be able to offer specialist advice and further information are listed at the end of this factsheet.
