'We, constituents of the counties of Monmouthshire, Newport and Caerphilly petition the assembly and councils, to establish a new Welsh Medium Comprehensive school to service the counties'
There is urgent need to for secondary education provision in the area as children are currently forced to endure unacceptable travel times or leave Welsh medium education altogether'
