Following nineteen exhaustive years of enquiries which I can now substantiate with comprehensive documentation I wish to ask the National Assembly to request that the Welsh Assembly Government rescind the decision by the Welsh Office to grant a Statutory Instrument in 1989 giving the Bangor Diocesan Trust the right to dispose of the property known as the old School and School House, Caergeiliog. The request is based on evidence I can provide disputing the ownership of the property.
