e-petition: Statutory dental appointments for looked after children
We call upon the National Assembly for Wales to make it compulsory by law that all Looked after Children including children with special needs attend statutory 6 monthly dental appointments, and that the Local Authority and their employees (social workers and foster carers) keep records and are accountable as failure to ensure access to appropriate medical care is neglect.
