Subscription
Users can subscribe to identify areas of the website in which they are interested. By selecting the briefcase icon at the bottom of the page(s)(below), subscribers will receive a daily e-mail notifying them of any changes that have occurred within these pages.![]()
For example, by subscribing to any ‘Agendas Papers and Transcripts’ pages in the business section, any documents added to the site relating to a particular meeting will trigger the notification e-mail. So people interested in viewing minutes of a meeting, for example, can be notified later on during the day the minutes are published on the website.
If any changes have occurred on the chosen pages during a particular day, the notification e-mail will be sent out at approximately 6pm on that day listing the pages that have changed. Only one e-mail will be sent regardless of the number of pages that have been changed.
You can also remove any pages you are not interested in at any time by visiting the ‘My Details’ area of the site. This can be accessed by selecting the link in the header.
