Biography

Darren Millar was elected to the National Assembly for Wales in May 2007. He is a former Shadow Minister for the Environment and Planning and also a former member of the National Assembly's Sustainability Committee. Darren was appointed as Shadow Minister for Communities and Local Government in February 2009. He currently chairs the Assembly's Health, Well-being and Local Government Committee and the Cross Party Group on Faith. He also sits on the Scrutiny of the First Minister Committee and Legislation Committee No.5.
