Kirsty has represented Brecon and Radnor since the Assembly was established in 1999. Prior to that she was a member of the National Assembly Advisory Group.

At the Assembly she has chaired both the Health and Social Services and Standards of Conduct Committee.

Currently she is the Lib Dem spokesperson on EIN and the group's business manager.

Kirsty lives with her husband and 3 young daughters on the family farm near Brecon.
