Biography

Jenny Randerson was elected to the Assembly in 1999. She was the Minister for Culture, the Welsh Language and Sport from 2000 to 2003. She was acting Welsh Deputy First Minister from 6 July 2001 to 13 June 2002. Jenny has served as a spokeswoman for the Welsh Liberal Democrats for Health, Social Care, Finance and Local Government. She has also chaired the Assembly Business and Standing Orders Committees. Jenny currently sits on the Enterprise and Learning Committee, Legislation Committee No. 2 and the Committee on Standards of Conduct.
