Biography

Leader, Welsh Conservative Party in the National Assembly. Educated at University of Wales, Aberystwyth and Trinity College, Cambridge. Formerly, the Conservatives' Chief Spokesman in Wales and a member of the National Assembly Advisory Group; most recently, Assistant Principal, Swansea Institute of Higher Education. He is a member of the Swansea Branch of the British Heart Foundation. Barrister and Author, his political interests are the economy, foreign affairs, health and education.
