Former Head of Social Affairs at the Welsh Local Government Association and formerly a member of the Arts Council for Wales and its Lottery Board. Also, a former councillor in Cardiff, teacher and youth Community worker. Her interests include health, social inclusion, lifelong learning and theatre. Jane is also Vice President of the Ramblers in Wales.
