Chris Franks lives in Dinas Powys, in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Chris is the Leader of the Plaid Cymru Group on the Vale of Glamorgan Council, and represents Dinas Powys Ward at County and Community Level. He is also a member of Barry Action, Vale of Glamorgan Local Health Board and is a governor at Murch School and Ysgol Pen y Garth.
