Dai Lloyd was first elected to the Assembly in May 1999.  He was Shadow Finance Minister from 2003 to 2007 and is currently Plaid Cymru Spokesman for Social Justice, Local Government and Regeneration. Dai is the Chair of Legislation Committee 3 and sits on the Communities and Culture Committee and Health, Wellbeing and Local Government Committee. His main political interests are in local government, finance and health.
