Biography

Born in 1960 in Clatterbridge, Wirral. He worked for the Land Registry for Wales before being elected to the Assembly in 1999. A graduate of Swansea University, he is a Councillor on the City and County of Swansea. His policy interests include housing, local government and tackling substance misuse.
