I'm Bethan Jenkins and I represent the South Wales West region at the National Assembly. I'm the youngest Assembly Member, at 25 years of age, and I was born and bred in the Valleys.
I'm hoping that being active in community and student politics, I can breath a breath of fresh air into the National Assembly, making it a forum for everyone in Wales to be proud of.
I am passionate about social justice and combating the inequalities that face our communities. I'm particularly keen to see our Assembly have the powers it needs to transform the lives of the people of Wales.
