Following a fundamental review of the project by Schal International Management Ltd, Invitation to Tender documents were issued on 23 October 2002. The announcement of two final tenderers will be made in January 2003.

Schal International were appointed on 7 May 2002 to undertake the Project Management role. One of their first tasks will be to review the expressions of interest for the Contractor appointment.
